As to whether or not is possible for one to lose weight without having any weight loss plan, the answer is a plain NO. Typically, people lose weight for various reasons, but the major reason as to why many lose weight is because they are not pleased by how they look. Sadly though, this reason is such a fickle feeling and doesn’t give enough motivation to take on a weight loss plan and carry it to completion.
Overweight people can easily get through life fairly safe and sound if they can avoid situations that involve an athletic event or putting on a swimsuit. What justifies this is because many people today are fat hence everybody seems to fit in perfectly. It’s a fact that many people, if not all, use food as a source of elevating the moods in times of stress and stuff, and it sure does wonders.
This justifies the fact that the motivation of many people is their looks, and sadly, not their health. If however someone can take the time to understand how dangerous and risky obesity is, it should be reason enough to take weight loss seriously. It is a widely known fact that obesity is a killer, as it is associated with the three most dangerous conditions – diabetes, cancer, and heart disease (atherosclerotic).
Just take a moment and think of all the things that could ever go wrong with an obese person – the things that will send them rapidly to their death bed. First and foremost is atherosclerosis and hypertension all caused by being obese. These two conditions subjects one to a real cardiac event that if it does not kill at the very first time, it will come back with a vengeance and kill unless you get your act together early enough.
Next is diabetes Mellitus type II, a condition whose main etiology is insensitivity to insulin which accompanies diabetes. This leads to renal failure, heart failure, blindness, and neuropathies that may lead to excruciating pain or sometimes even amputation on the limps. As serious and life shaking as it may sound, it should be a wakeup call to embrace a viable weight loss plan as soon as possible and stick to it.
Boiled down, you have to build your life by planning carefully if you want to succeed. Similarly, it is only by learning from past mistakes and capitalizing on all available opportunities do you get to succeed. Discipline is of equal importance, which you ought to learn by heart if you are to stick to a weight loss plan long enough to see the results.
The abovementioned things are simply natural to human beings, who, if left to control themselves will become very lazy, which lead to being over fat, and eventually a failed weight loss plan. As such, you ought to have a weight loss plan and a viable one for that matter, you have to lose weight properly, and thirdly you have to change, and maintain the new lifestyle.
