Everyone experience more or less some stress in their daily lives. A healthy lifestyle is important to help us to avoid stress. There are a number of ways that can help your body to relieve stress.

Instead of drinking coffee, you should drink green tea. Coffee contains a drug called caffeine which will make your heart pump harder so that you have faster heart beats. Coffee is a diuretic. It tends to increase the flow of urine and make a person urinate more frequently to get rid of the excess water. Green tea is high in antioxidants. It doesn’t have as much caffeine as coffee does.
